Do you offer refunds?

Yes, at One Spot offers refunds where applicable for eligible prepaid orders cancelled by at One Spot due to stock unavailability, quality issues, pricing errors, or operational reasons.

For completed purchases, we offer exchanges, replacements, store credit, or vouchers instead of cash refunds. Cash on Delivery orders aren't eligible for refunds but can be resolved through exchange or replacement.

Can I exchange sale, promotional, or discounted items?

Sale, promotional, discounted, and clearance items are not eligible for regular exchange, return, or refund. If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or missing item from an online order, you can submit a claim within the designated period for review by the at One Spot team.

Can I return an item?

at One Spot does not accept returns for change of mind, color preference, size preference, or personal choice.

Returns or replacements may only be considered if the customer receives:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • A wrong item

  • A missing item from the order

All claims are subject to verification by the at One Spot team.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, regular-price items can be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the item meets our exchange conditions.

To process an exchange, the customer must provide:

  • Order number

  • Original receipt or order confirmation

  • Item in unused and original condition

Where And When Can I Exchange My Item?

Eligible items can be exchanged at any at One Spot retail store within 14 days from the delivery date. Please bring your order number, original receipt, or order confirmation for verification.

What condition should the item be in for exchange?

The item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags, labels, and price tags intact

  • Accompanied by the original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation

at One Spot reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item is used, washed, altered, damaged, missing tags, or not in saleable condition.

Will my exchange be processed at the original price?

Exchanges are processed according to the current selling price in the at One Spot system at the time of exchange. 

If the replacement item is more expensive, the customer pays the difference. If the original item is on sale, the exchange value will reflect the current price.

Can I exchange an online order at a at One Spot store?

Yes, eligible online orders can be exchanged at a at One Spot retail store within 14 days from the delivery date.

Please bring your order number, original receipt, or order confirmation.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items – Online Orders

What should I do if I receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item?

If you receive a damaged item, wrong item, defective item, or an incomplete order, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Please contact at One Spot customer care with your order number, clear images, and a complete parcel-opening video.

Is an unboxing video required?

Yes, for damaged, wrong, or missing item claims, a complete parcel-opening video is required.

The video should clearly show:

  • The parcel before opening

  • The parcel being opened

  • All items received inside the parcel

  • The damaged, wrong, or missing item issue clearly visible

Claims without complete proof may not be accepted.

How can I submit a claim?

You can submit your claim within 24 hours of delivery through at One Spot customer care.

What happens after I submit a claim?

Once your claim is received, the at One Spot team will review the details and verify the issue.

If the claim is approved, at One Spot may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the damaged item

  • Correct item delivery in case of wrong item received

  • Missing item delivery free of cost

  • Store credit or voucher, where applicable

  • Refund to the original payment method, where applicable for prepaid orders

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If at One Spot verifies that the wrong item was delivered, we will arrange pickup and send the correct item or a suitable replacement, subject to availability.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?

If your missing item claim is approved, at One Spot will send the missing item free of cost.

Courier, Pickup & Charges 

Who pays courier charges for regular exchange?

For regular exchange requests, courier, delivery, or transportation charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

Who pays courier charges for damaged, wrong, or missing items?

If the issue is verified as a at One Spot error, such as a damaged item, wrong item, or missing item, at One Spot will arrange pickup and replacement where applicable.

 Unavailable Items & Order Cancellation 

What happens if an item from my paid order becomes unavailable?

If an item becomes unavailable, fails quality control, or cannot be dispatched, at One Spot reserves the right to cancel that item from the order.

In such cases, at One Spot may offer a replacement item, store credit, voucher, or refund to the original payment method where applicable.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Order cancellation requests may only be considered before the order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once the order is processed or dispatched, the at One Spot exchange policy will apply.

Can at One Spot cancel my order?

Yes, at One Spot reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Payment decline

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Listing errors

  • Product quality issues

  • Incomplete customer information

  • Delivery-related issues

If a prepaid order is cancelled by at One Spot, the customer will be contacted for an eligible resolution.
